Customers may cancel their order before the order has been shipped.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds will be processed after the cancellation is confirmed, and the time for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
