Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new condition — unused and unworn, with all original packaging and any tags still attached.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Request an exchange the same way you would request a return, and tell us which item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day window and the same new-condition requirement.

How to return an item

Email info@shopsyra.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you are returning, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We will confirm your return and give you the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back by mail to:

Return postage and fees

The cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and check that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the money in your account.
