Free Shipping in the United Kingdom on orders of £45 Or More
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of shopsyra.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Shopsyra (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom, selling personalised jewellery through shopsyra.uk.
- Email: info@shopsyra.uk
- Postal address: [TRADING ADDRESS — add before publishing]
2. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order, so please check this page before ordering. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
3. Using our website
You may use this site to browse our products and place orders for your own personal use. You agree not to use the site fraudulently, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract its content by automated means, or to submit content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details and keep them up to date — we cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because the address you gave us was wrong.
4. Products and personalisation
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Images are for illustration: colours can appear differently on different screens, and handmade and plated items can vary slightly in finish. Sizes and measurements shown are approximate.
Personalised items are made to the details you provide. Where you enter a name, initials, a date, an engraving, or any other personalisation, please check your spelling, capitalisation and details carefully before submitting your order. We make the item exactly as entered, and we cannot be responsible for an error in the information you supplied.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.
We take reasonable care to price our products correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
6. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation we send you acknowledges that we have received your order; it is not acceptance of it. A contract between us comes into existence only when we dispatch your order, or when we confirm that production of your personalised item has begun.
We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we cannot obtain payment authorisation, if a pricing or description error is found, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days, made up of 1 to 2 business days handling and 4 to 6 business days transit. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Goods become your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition, for a refund or an exchange. The conditions, the return method and the refund timescale are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Faulty goods and your legal rights
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at info@shopsyra.uk as soon as you can and we will put it right.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer law, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content commercially without our written permission.
11. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, comment or photograph, you confirm it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not breach anyone’s rights or any law. You give us permission to publish, display and use that content on our site and in our marketing. We may decline to publish, or remove, any submission.
12. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance or business reasons, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
13. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, nor for loss arising from your use of the products for a business purpose, such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights in relation to the products.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather, supplier failure, or interruption to communications networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and the time for delivery will be extended. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for anything paid for and not received.
15. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@shopsyra.uk with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
17. General
- These terms, together with our Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between us for your order.
- If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do under these terms, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not mean we have given up those rights.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
- The contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce it.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business, and we will tell you if this happens. Your rights under the contract will not be affected.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.
