Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered to the address you give us at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.99, whatever you buy and however many items are in your basket.

Delivery is free on orders of £45.00 or more. The £45 threshold is based on your order total after any coupon or discount has been applied. When your order qualifies, free shipping is offered as a delivery option at checkout.

All prices are in GBP. The shipping cost that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Delivery time is made up of two parts:

Handling time — 1 to 2 business days. The time we take to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday.
Transit time — 4 to 6 business days. The time the carrier takes to deliver to your address. Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday.

Total estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

The order cut-off is 12:00 AM (midnight) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays, so an order placed at a weekend or over a bank holiday begins its handling time on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays outside our control, such as carrier or weather disruption, can occasionally add time.
